 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  I have been a customer of Just Like A Woman for many years, since getting lymphedema following a biopsy.  I’ve been very satisfied, and I continue to rely on them, even though I’ve moved abroad.  When managing lymphedema, it is very important to have a skilled compression garment fitter. And one of the most important things in managing the stress of a cancer or lymphedema diagnosis is having compassionate and responsive people to work with.  Sasha and the rest of the JLAW team have always provided that. After moving away from Portland, I explored some options in other cities where I visit family (and can get remeasured if needed). But JLAW is top notch, so I stayed with them. And Portlanders are very lucky to have this resource in the heart of the city.  In the Bay Area or suburban Chicago, I would have to drive one hour to find a custom Jobst dealer.

I booked a consultation for a bra fitting after struggling to find anything comfortable following breast cancer surgery. From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. This was a very personal and sensitive situation for me, and the staff made me feel completely at ease. They truly understand the unique needs of post-surgical bodies and specialize in lingerie that provides both support and comfort without compromising dignity or confidence. Their knowledge and care were unmatched, and I never once felt rushed or self-conscious. I left with three bras that not only feel great but also provide the support and compression I need to manage scar pain—something I had almost given up hope on. Came in today after having an appointment with my reconstructive plastic surgeon this morning who said my post surgical bra had too much compression. I had purchased that one online. Sasha welcomed me right in and immediately took me back to help me find a bra for the day and for sleeping at night. She was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable and I felt confident in her recommendations.  So glad to have bras that are the correct size for me as I recover from my surgery. I wish I had come in before my surgery for an in-person fitting like this. I highly recommend that for anyone else going through reconstruction. A big thank you for fitting me in with no notice immediately following my physician appointment. Thank you for your kindness, understanding and expertise.

Lovely little bra shop that help women who have had medical procedures done can get forms made and bras that make you feel like a lady. They even sell swimsuits and compression sleeves. I have been going in even after my mom passed from breast cancer. It’s best to make appointments to get fittings but I’ve never left without a bra or a smile.
